1. Price

The total price of a product includes 19% Value Added Tax (VAT) and excludes the shipping cost. Unless stated otherwise, all the prices displayed on this website are inclusive VAT. We reserve the right to discount prices for promotions. Our prices are not necessarily the same as in-store prices.

2. Availability of products

The display of our products is not necessarily a guarantee of the availability of a product. Certain products may not be in stock at the time your order is submitted. If the duration of delivery is more than 7 days, an employee of our company will contact you within 24 hours after the purchase. Then you can decide if you cancel the order or wait for the product. The order will be delivered within 4 weeks after moment of purchase.

3. Right of withdrawal

Costumers are allowed to cancel the transaction at any time within 24 hours after the purchase. This can only be done by informing us in writing. When products are already shipped within this 24 hours the customer has to take care for shipment costs.

4. Privacy

Skatelife b.v. gathers information by initial customer sign-in, which includes customer name, address, e-mail address & phone number. Skatelife b.v. will never release your personal information to a third party under any circumstances. If you are on an e-mailing list and wish to discontinue receiving e-mail from Skatelife b.v. please send us e-mail with the request to stop receiving e-mails from Skatelife b.v..

5. Refund and exchange Policy

When the customer is not satisfied with the products because of size or design, the customer can exchange the product for a different size or for another product of the same price. Shipping costs will be charged at the customer.

6. Availability of site

Skatelife b.v. may suspend or terminate the operation of the website at any time, without prior notice towards our customers. This also include any other services which are provided via this website. Important website updates will be done at nighttime.

7. Intellectual property

Skatelife b.v. owns or has been licensed to use all the intellectual property rights in all the material on this website. This includes copyrights, trademark rights, logos, graphics, photographs and all product and price information. You may only use these materials for using and considering Skatelife b.v. products or services.

8. Liability

Skatelife b.v. is not responsible for damaging of the product during transport. Only in the case that you clearly can prove that damaging has been done before shipment the product can be returned and renewed by Skatelife b.v.. Skatelife b.v. will take care for shipment costs then. Request for this has been done within 3 days after delivering.

Skatelife b.v. does not give warranty on products damaged after using.

9. Delivery Terms and shipment

Skatelife b.v. will ship products within 2 working days after receiving the purchase. DHL or Dutch TNT, regular mail service, will ship products. You will receive your products within 2-7 days after shipment unless Skatelife communicates different as written under “2. Availability of products”
